CUSTOMER TO REGISTER IF REQUIRED

The following terms and conditions apply to all online payments made to HealthNet Global Ltd.. All customers using the online payment facility are requested to please read them carefully before making an online payment. Using the online payment facility indicates that you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this facility.

HealthNet Global shall not store any information with respect to your credit/debit card or any of your Bank account details.

All Fees quoted are in Indian Rupees. HealthNet Global does not accept liability for a payment not reaching the correct Company account due to you quoting an incorrect account number or incorrect personal details. We are also not responsible if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason. If the card supplier declines payment HealthNet Global is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account. HealthNet Global Limited shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of the use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages. If any Payment Gateway Service Provider or Bank imposes any taxes or charges, the same shall be borne by the customer, and HealthNet Global shall be indemnified from any such claims.

 The customer agrees to indemnify and hold HealthNet Global harmless against all claims, losses, damages, and actions that the customers may initiate in relation to the online payment gateway. Neither HealthNet Global nor any of its employees or offices shall be liable for any such loss or damage that may be suffered by the customer as a result of such usage.

 All payments will be processed on the basis of the information that you provide. Healthnet Global does not accept any liability if you make a mistake while completing a form or for any reason whatsoever.

 Once the payment has been confirmed online, you will be given a transaction number. Please note the transaction number and quote in any queries about the payment.

All payments on the Website are SSL-secured. This means all Personal Information you provide on the Website is transmitted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.

Refunds, if any, at the discretion of HealthNet Global Limited shall be subject to the Refunds and Cancellation Policy.

HealthNet Global will not be deemed in default hereunder or held responsible for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder due to earthquake, flood, fire, storm, natural disaster, an act of God, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, lockdowns, pandemics, or boycott.

HealthNet Global may at any time, in its sole discretion and without advance notice to you, cease the operation of the Website 

2. Effect of Waiver. 

The failure of HealthNet Global to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of this Agreement remain in full force and effect.
